To help us find your existing roadside assistance membership,
please enter your last name and either your roadside assistance membership number
or you vehicle idenification number (VIN). Your roadside assistance membership number is
different than your AIM Club membership number.
Emergency Roadside Assistance is
available on a “sign & drive” basis
throughout the United States and
Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year. “Sign & drive” means you incur no
out-of-pocket expense! For prompt
service, simply call the toll free number on your contract for
Towing, Jump Starts, Tire Changes
(with your inflated spare or delivery of a
comparable tire), Vehicle Fluid Delivery
(cost of fluids extra), Lockout Assistance
(cost of key cutting extra), emergency
phone call support & assistance.
Mobile Tire & Mechanic
If a spare tire is not available, we will dispatch
a mobile tire service company who will mount
a like tire. Please note mobile tire service is not
available in all areas, and towing to the
nearest qualified tire center will be provided if
mobile tire service is not available.
In the event of a RV mechanical breakdown,
the Motor Club Membership will assist without
any additional fee in arranging the dispatch of
a mobile mechanic to your location (subject to
RV Technical Assistance
RV Technical Assistance is available by
calling the toll free number on your contract, 24/7/365. This
benefit provides you with direct access
to ASEcertified technicians to assist with
first level instructions and technical
diagnosis with basic troubleshooting
and common operational issues with
your registered RV.
In the event your RV vehicle key/fob is lost, damaged or stolen,
the Motor Club will pay for a replacement key/fob up to one (1) replacement per 12 months.
Maximum benefit amount is five hundred ($500) dollars per 12 months.
